ESTCP released a solicitation on February 12, 2013, requesting proposals for demonstration of installation energy technologies. Fiscal Year (FY) 2014 funds will be awarded through a competitive process to Federal and private organizations through the solicitations noted below.

The DoD Call for Proposals, Non-DoD Federal Call for Proposals, and Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) request pre-proposals for the following topics: (1) Smart and Secure Military Installation Energy Management; and (2) Advanced Building Energy Management and Control.
