Lines of Evidence and Best Practices to Assess the Effectiveness of PFAS Remediation Technologies

The goal of this project was to produce guidelines, checklists, best practices, and metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of PFAS treatment technologies. This guidance provides researchers with evaluation criteria that can inform research and demonstration plans. Ultimately, this guidance will help DoD site managers and contractors by providing them with accurate and more complete information about the effectiveness of remedial technologies for PFAS, resulting in more realistic treatment expectations.
