Please remember that all proposal selection meetings require that a current year Conflict of Interest (COI) form is on file for each technical committee member. If you request input from others in your organization or support contractors, please ensure that those individuals also review the COI Policy and sign and return a COI Certification.  If you haven’t yet completed one for this calendar year, please submit this COI form for SERDP and ESTCP proposals to Matthew Cifa at matt.cifa@noblis.org. Please be sure to review the appropriate guidance for all proposal selection meetings:  SERDP Guidance /ESTCP Guidance.
