This short course examines tools available for resilient infrastructure planning. Topics include an introduction sea level change tools, an exploration of the statistical adjustment approaches to climate derived hydrology data, what those adjustments and diagnostics are, and how to apply the various methods available, the background context on nonstationarity research, and an introduction to the framework based on the shift in assumptions from hydrologic stationarity to nonstationarity and outlines the major steps of the framework.
