The ESTCP FY 2015 Technology Transfer Solicitation for innovative technology transfer approaches was released April 14, 2015. Researchers from DoD organizations, universities, and private industry can apply for funding.

During the online seminar, participants may ask questions about the funding process, the current solicitation, and the proposal submission process.
