Pre-Proposals Are Due March 10, 2022.

ESTCP released a solicitation on January 6, 2022, requesting proposals for demonstration of environmental and installation energy technologies. FY 2023 funds will be awarded through a competitive process to Federal and private organizations for the topic areas noted below.

  • Use of Thermal Microgrids to Improve Energy Efficiency and Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions

  • Improved Water Resilience on DoD Installations
  • Installation Energy and Water

Webinar for the ESTCP Solicitation:  ESTCP Director Dr. Herb Nelson, Deputy Director Dr. Andrea Leeson, and the ESTCP Program Managers will conduct an online seminar “ESTCP Funding Opportunities” on January 20, 2022, from 1:00-2:30 p.m. ET. This briefing will offer valuable information for those interested in new ESTCP funding opportunities. During the online seminar, participants may ask questions about the funding process, the current ESTCP solicitation, and the proposal submission process.
