Under his  ESTCP project, Mr. Kyu Cho from the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Army Research Laboratory, led the Tagnite Technical Working Group (TWG) in the development of an innovative technology to mask off dissimilar metals such as steel in completed magnesium components in order to apply the Tagnite coating to legacy components without harm to the dissimilar metals.  More

In 2019, SERDP began funding a group of projects to develop standardized analytical and environmental sampling methods for PFAS in the subsurface. Described in this blog are the five projects that were selected for funding, which includes two projects that are one-year, proof-of-concept approaches.  More


Weapons Systems and Platforms (WP) technical sessions and short courses will explore regulatory developments within the U.S. and abroad as well as the latest research and technologies making groundbreaking improvements to life-cycle sustainability and sustainment, methods of manufacturing, and overall military operations.  More


The MR sessions will highlight projects advancing the development and demonstration of innovative technologies that detect, characterize, and remediate military munitions in underwater sites.  More


The program will present  two technical sessionsEnergy Resilience Session 1: Outlook and Applications of Distributed Energy Resources, and Energy Resilience Session 2: Building Energy and Water Efficiency Solutions as well as two short courses on the cybersecurity Risk Management Framework (RMF).  More


The ER sessions will provide an overview of the innovative research and demonstrations being completed that focuses on cleaning and managing contaminated lands on current and former military installations.  More
